Overview The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. When operational, EGH will provide a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient clinical specialties and healthcare services covering emergency, acute and secondary care. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resource operations for EGH during its critical nesting phase. You will collaborate closely with nesting institutions to deliver seamless, end-to-end HR services spanning recruitment and selection, pre-onboarding processes, manpower planning, budgeting, onboarding procedures, confirmation processes, and offboarding activities. Your responsibilities will also encompass probation monitoring, appointment processing, and manpower data reporting. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hospital’s transition and operational ramp-up.
