Mission of the Position

Drive growth and business generation as our dedicated in-house media expert, crafting and executing best-in-class media plans. Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to create comprehensive social media strategies, optimize content with data-driven insights, and manage a dynamic content calendar. Innovate by staying ahead of social media trends, pushing our content into bold new spaces.

Your focus on content creation, brand building and social media campaign management will elevate brand awareness and engagement. Through meticulous planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration, align our social media initiatives with business goals to drive sustained growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, kpis, and brand guidelines.

Design, implement, optimize, and evaluate end-to-end social media campaigns on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok and more.

Innovate and push content boundaries to improve performance and engagement.

2. Data-Driven Optimization:

Conduct real-time performance analysis, leveraging insights to enhance content effectiveness and platform strategies.

3. Campaign Reporting and Insights:

Take responsibility for comprehensive campaign reporting, presenting insights and impact assessments to stakeholders.

Utilize platform analytics to inform design and strategic decisions.

4. Community Management:

Manage company social media accounts, curating engaging content and ensuring timely responses to audience interactions.

Monitor comments, reviews, and overall brand sentiment across digital platforms.

5. Collaborative Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and inspire a creative team to achieve social media goals and objectives.

Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader business objectives.

6. Content Creation and Strategy:

Drive social media content creation, adapting strategies to leverage trends and innovative concepts.

Manage the content calendar to align with brand priorities and upcoming projects.

7. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze social media campaigns and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Explore and evaluate new social platforms and technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Digital Customer Growth and CPL Management:

Streamline Social Media platforms with technologies to enhance customer experience and drive growth.

Implement and manage a CPL model with a focus on achieving cost-effective lead generation and high conversion rates.

9. Brand Reputation Management:

Manage and safeguard the brand's reputation across digital platforms, responding to crises and mitigating risks.

Implement strategies to combat unauthorized profiles and maintain brand authenticity.

10. Social Media Metrics and Growth Targets:

Drive a compound growth in social media metrics, including engagements, followership, impressions, and brand index indicators.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall brand messaging and audience reach.

11. Adoption of Emerging Technologies:

Lead initiatives to integrate AI and big data analytics principles into social media strategies, driving innovation and efficiency.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, services, and platforms to enhance social media performance.

12. Continuous Learning and Industry Expertise:

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform shifts, particularly within the beauty industry.

Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the social media team, promoting best practices and creative excellence.

Hiring Criteria

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in social media, eCommerce, and search environment campaigns, with a focus on content creation.

Proven track record in social media management and content creation, demonstrating results in relevant industries, particularly retail.

Completed apprenticeship and/or educational background in media or related fields.

Share a portfolio showcasing creative content ideas that have driven business outcomes.

Outstanding writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and strong storytelling capabilities.

Strong organizational and project management abilities, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency with editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, biddable digital platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Tiktok), digital analytics tools, YouTube, and current social media trends.

Experience with Ad serving and Audit Tools management is a plus.

Possess traits of accountability, independence, organization, curiosity, creativity, dedication, and strong analytical skills.
