We are seeking an independent, dynamic Office Manager adept in juggling office operations and HR responsibilities, from managing office logistics to overseeing payroll and recruitment. The Office Manager should possess strong interpersonal skills, a knack for discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Manage office supplies inventory and facilitate repairs and maintenance, coordinate services with office-related vendors and service providers
  • Handle the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, insurance renewals, training and development
  • Execute HR operational functions related to employee's onboarding and offboarding, employees' data management, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
  • Guide and advise HR policies to employees on covering various matters such as absence management, welfare benefits, and organisational changes
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel database and other HR system information.
  • Manage end to end payroll process and ensure timely IR8A and IR21 filings
    Ensure laptops, monitors, phones, Internet access and other devices are set up and activated for all employees at all time
  • Provide administrative support to directors by schedule management, expenses claims, organising meetings, taking minutes, etc

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Posses a high level of discretion when handling confidential documents and data
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, HR or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resource and/or office administration
  • Hands-on to work independently
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Experience as a sole contributor will be preferred
  • Driven and possess a positive mindset
  • Good understanding of Singapore Labour Laws and have knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
