Job Description
As the Office Admin Manager, you support our growth as an organisation by overseeing and supporting daily administrative operations within the office. You will be responsible for setting up, organising and coordinating office admin management and protocols; seeking to ensure high levels of organisational effectiveness whilst creating and maintaining a pleasant and safe work environment.
You will need to
Ensure policies, processes and procedures comply with the relevant office management guidelines Support office operations and systems Act as a liaison to the building management on all matters (e.g aircon extension, fire safety, utility usage/payment, etc.) Demonstrable strategic planning abilities and resourcefulness Be highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills Possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills Have excellent relationship and (internal and external) stakeholder management skillsYou should:
Work well in an environment which requires a high degree of autonomy Enjoy a hands-on approach to work and be able to actively find creative ways to do the job more efficiently Have at least 5 years' of proven track record with office management procedures and policies, including workspace management (specifically hot-desking and hybrid work arrangement) Be proficient in Google Suite Applications, including video conferencing facilities
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent At least 5 years of proven track record of office management experience-
