Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Junior Executive to support our HR operations. This role offers exposure to both payroll and general HR functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing Maintain employee records and HR databases Support HR operations including leave, claims, and benefits administration Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities Oversee and manage the work permit application, renewal and cancellation process Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and payroll matters Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies Plan and organise Employee Engagement Activities and Events Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior Requirements Diploma or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google workspace Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems is an advantage Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage, to support business needs Must be able to start immediate or within a short period Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
