Job Description

The Account Executive will report directly to the Head of International Sales and will lead new customer acquisition via direct sales and partnerships for the APAC region. This role focuses on executing new logo wins as an individual contributor in line with TRG Screen's go-to-market strategy and sales methodology.

With a strong background in financial services new logo sales and partner management, the successful candidate will position TRG Screen as a strategic partner by offering market-leading solutions aligned with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on the APAC financial services market to identify and secure new logo wins for TRG Screen via direct sales and partnerships
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, pre-sales, managed services and other cross-functional teams to create and execute win plans maximizing revenue growth and long-term client retention
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value of TRG Screen products and services
  • Tailor TRG Screen's solutions to address specific client needs and support strategic goals
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting value and ROI
  • Engage with clients to understand business challenges and offer consultative advice on optimizing workflows and reducing costs
  • Travel within APAC to meet clients for business reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions, up to 50% of the time
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or similar (preferred)
  • 6-10 years of experience in new logo SaaS sales, preferably within financial services; prior partner management is a plus
  • Proven experience in complex solution selling across all sales stages (prospect to close)
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, with understanding of APAC financial services
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of tailoring complex solutions to client needs
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with ability to manage multiple opportunities and pipeline
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gong is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required
Salary

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 SGD
