Description Leadership & Team Management Coach and inspire a customer service team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales Set clear goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement Design training programs and standardize best practices through a Customer Service Handbook Collaborate with leadership on planning, forecasting, and team performance Operations & Reporting Oversee CRM and POS systems to ensure smooth customer life cycle management Identify workflow gaps and lead automation initiatives Report on service performance, and team productivity Profile We are looking for a Head of Customer Service Lead who is driven, resourceful and eager to lead. You should possess the following qualities to thrive in the role: A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills A self‑starter who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats Comfortable with data and eager to learn tools like CRM, POS, and Excel Experience in customer‑facing roles (e.g., hospitality, education, airlines, concierge) is a plus Leadership experience or potential to lead is highly valued Job Offer Permanent position with accelerated growth opportunities.
