9. Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in corporate training.Conduct market research to pinpoint and capitalize on market share expansion and new revenue opportunities.
10. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure all training Programmes meet service-level agreements and contractual obligations, reinforcing our market leadership.Provide transparent and insightful reports to senior leadership on market share expansion, revenue diversification, and industry collaboration.
Requirements:Tertiary education with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience and industry connections.Proven track record in enterprise training or corporate learning, driving revenue growth, market leadership, and revenue diversification through collaborations.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.A self-started and strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable and measurable plans.Deep industry knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions.A data driven business leader with strong growth mindset and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, performance and financial management skills.
