About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to manage our joint venture partnership in Japan and drive growth in the region. As the Director of Joint Venture Partnership, you will be responsible for setting business strategy, optimizing partnership structure, and exploring new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint venture business strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Manage partnership contracts and related initiatives
  • Explore and execute on transformational business opportunities in Japan and Korea
  • Lead a team member based in Singapore and travel to Japan and Korea as needed
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnership and business development, ideally in financial technology and enterprise software
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to structure and solve complex problems
  • Strong understanding of the financial services, FinTech, and crypto industry landscape in Japan and Korea
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter with a strong interest in creating a new business ecosystem around crypto and blockchain
