As a Programme Coordinator for , you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients' care. We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude, willing to think outside the box and embrace innovation. Job Responsibilities- Involve in the planning, assessment, and monitoring of our program to ensure optimal patient care;
- Coordinate with external vendors for transport and courier deliveries;
- Coordinate with NUH & cross-hospital BMU to manage bed requests;
- Coordinate with multiple departments across NUHS to schedule appointments and other services as requested by clinicians;
- Perform patient admissions, discharges, and transfers on the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system;
- Conduct financial counseling to patients/NOK regarding bills, subsidies, payment schemes, and modes of payment;
- Assist patients in completing payment forms and ensure proper documentation and follow-up until discharge.
- Diploma in any discipline;
- Proficient in English and mother tongue (Chinese/Malay/Tamil);
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications;
- Willing to work outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays;
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
- Good team player with a positive attitude;
- Prior hospital experience is an advantage.
