Business Development Manager - Facility Management
  • A fast-growing tech-driven & automated Central Kitchen and Industrial Catering (Contract Food Services) Organization is in need of Business Development Managers. The organization prefers candidates who value Gender Diversity, are local to Chennai, can join immediately, and are available for an interview at short notice.As a Business Development Manager, you will be based in Chennai and responsible for identifying and mapping the market, winning contracts at favorable terms, and expanding the business in and around Chennai. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and the Operations team to formulate and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy.Your key responsibilities will include conducting market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Industrial Catering market. You will develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. It is imperative to build a robust pipeline of potential clients for short-term immediate results and long-term sustained business growth. Moreover, you will focus on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as potential clients, HR procurement professionals, and industry associations. Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, you will drive sales growth in alignment with the new business plan. Additionally, you will be expected to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and make data-driven decisions.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Diploma/Degree in Catering and Hotel Management. An MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven experience in business development and sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing targets. Specifically, at least 5 years of experience in Catering companies, Banquet Sales in Hotels, Facility Management, or any outsourced B2B Services business is required.,
