Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of trust with key senior-level client decision makers and influencers within the Industrial businesses in Singapore.
  • Develops and expands the industry market and network to obtain latent investment information, leading to timely and consistent opportunity identification and early win work strategies through engagement with potential clients.
  • Work with and collaborate with internal business units and functions to develop business opportunities from identification to order.
  • Formulates and implements business development strategies and capture plans that are effective and aligned with the overall company growth strategy.
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing order intake, sales and revenue spend per account.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or other relevant fields
  • More than 10 years of experience in business development in the biopharmaceuticals, chemicals and/or semiconductor sector
  • Strong communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Availability to travel; possession of own car with valid license is an advantage
