We’re on the hunt for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Non-Technical recruitment business in Singapore. This role is perfect for someone with an existing network of decision-makers in non-tech sectors who’s ready to make an immediate impact. What You’ll Do: Build and own the Non-tech recruitment business Hunt, pitch, and close new client accounts across various industries Collaborate with a team of recruiters who will support you on both permanent and contract delivery Drive pipeline growth with urgency Be part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team where performance is rewarded and ownership is encouraged What You Bring: A proven sales track record —at least 3 years in a client-facing, target-driven role Strong network of decision-makers in Singapore’s non-tech sectors (e.g. corporate services, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.) Preferably from a recruitment agency background , but we’re open to professionals from other B2B sectors with relevant networks A degree holder with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and excited about creating something from scratch What You Get: An opportunity to build your own portfolio and brand within a growing agency Strong support from experienced recruiters for delivery so you can focus on sales A performance-driven culture that values autonomy, ownership, and impact If you're ready to hustle, hunt, and build something that’s yours, we’d love to hear from you.
