Overview

IT Operations Analyst, Network Operations – TD, Singapore. This role supports various network platforms for availability, latency, and incidents. It is a highly technical hands-on position focused on day-to-day operational work, including troubleshooting and fixing network issues across platforms. The role may require early start, late start, and weekend coverage on a rotating basis to provide coverage for different time zones. Coordination with OSG/L1 and TR/L2 is required as part of a one-team approach. Huddles, handovers, and monthly metrics and KPIs are part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for network platforms; troubleshoot and resolve network incidents to maintain availability and performance.
  • Coordinate with OSG/L1 and TR/L2 to ensure smooth delivery across the network operations; participate in huddles and handovers; present monthly metrics and KPIs.
  • Utilize automation and advanced network management tooling to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
  • Help manage shift turnover processes and ensure effective knowledge transfer (MoPs and documentation).
  • Identify opportunities to optimize alerts and automation to reduce noise and improve incident response.
Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of relevant Wireless technologies experience (e.g., Aruba, Airwave, RF survey tools, ClearPass, Wireless authentication).
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on network technical experience in Routing/Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancing, and related protocols (trace analysis/protocols).
  • Experience supporting a large and complex network environment; ability to plan and execute automation for proactive monitoring and faster incident resolution.
  • Flexible with on-call, rotation, and shift timing; strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies and platforms including Cloud, SD-WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routing and Switching, QoS, VoIP, Optical, Monitoring Tools, DHCP, DNS, and CDN; familiarity with newer technologies like ACI and DNAC is a plus.
Nice To Have
  • VOIP related skills and experience; scripting/automation using Python.
  • Experience developing Splunk/ITSI dashboards; ITIL certification.
  • Industry certifications for wireless, CCIE, Cloud, firewall, load balancers; experience in large Banking/Financial Industry is a plus.
