A Network Operations Analyst within Infra team (Network Operations) is responsible for providing level 2 support. Areas of support include the LAN, MAN, WAN, RLAN, DIA, Wireless, Proxy, Firewall, Load balancer and Optical solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong team player, self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential in order to interact with support groups, clients and vendors.
- Experience and a sound understanding of network environments (TCP/IP, Cisco routers/switches, Firewall, Load Balancers, Proxy, AP+WiFi) including an excellent understanding of telecommunications concepts and connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Meraki or Cisco WiFi, SDWAN (Cisco/Viptela), VMware NSX, Proxy, Audiocodes Team Voice System, Cisco CUCM is a definite asset for this position.
- Proficient in executing diagnostic techniques with a sound foundation of monitoring tools which include Solarwinds, BlackBird, ThousandEyes, any related tooling.
- Sound second level problem determination and problem source identification skills with regards to the various network technologies.
- Needs to be really good at basic network troubleshooting skills (being great at sniffer skills will be a plus) and ticketing system (ITSM) such as Incident, Change, Problem Management
- Should have at least 5 years experience in troubleshooting incidents on Cisco technologies (Routing, Switching) + Proxy + Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) + Wifi
- Should have experience doing troubleshooting in a company with a minimum of ~1000 network devices
- Should have experience in IT Risk & Compliance, CIA, BIA, CMDB, IAM
- Should familiar with BCP/BRP exercise
- Technology Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Must have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification with minimum 5 years of work experience in Network Operations. Having CCNP is advantages
- ITIL certifications are good to have for this position.
