Manager, Pricing

Overview

Responsibilities

• Support pricing management and internal pricing teams in daily strategy activities, including complex analytics and reporting.
• Drive development and adoption of strategic pricing initiatives and tools to improve efficiency and automation.
• Provide data-driven insights and support to internal stakeholders using pricing and financial models.
• Independently lead strategic pricing analysis to enhance profitability, competitiveness, and risk management.
• Mentor and train team members while supporting ad hoc projects and leadership requests.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience with financial reporting, pricing, underwriting, risk analysis, and marketplace analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access; experience with Excel Macros or VBA is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.

• Experience developing automated pricing tools or process efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and challenge existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
