This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Participating and Investment-Linked products through innovative and sustainable pricing strategies. As a key contributor to product development, you’ll collaborate across functions to bring competitive offerings to market while supporting sound risk management and regulatory compliance. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to deliver value-driven insurance solutions, and you\u2019ll gain exposure to strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and technical development.
Position Responsibilities- Perform the pricing of Participating/Investment-Linked (ILP) products, contribute innovative ideas to deliver competitive and sustainable product designs.
- Present and communicate pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive sound pricing decisions and support risk management objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk Management and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new products.
- Support internal governance and regulatory review processes for product approval.
- Refine pricing methodologies, enhance actuarial models and tools, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to the annual business planning process by analyzing key financials, product performance and market opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; prior pricing or product development experience is an advantage.
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Proactive, solution-oriented and keen to bring fresh perspectives to product design and pricing.
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A dependable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
