Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition Specialist
  • You are looking to hire a Freelancer on a commission basis for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM), Business Development Executive (BDE), or Client Acquisition Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition within the IT recruitment or Technical Recruitment field, specifically in Indian Domestic Recruitment or Indian Domestic Staffing.Your primary responsibilities will include client acquisition, onboarding new clients, client engagement, negotiating contracts, closing deals, lead generation, and staying updated on IT industry trends and competition.To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the IT landscape and competitive environment, and a proactive and results-oriented mindset.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to
