Location: East Position: Business Development Manager Job ID: 19857- CK Salary: Basic up to $12,000 + bonus Hybrid working arrangement, 1 day WFH Industry: Construction/Building Responsibilities: • Coordinate all business development activities between the company's Asia-Pacific Regional Headquarters (APRHQ) and Subsidiaries / Branch offices in the APAC regions.• Collaborate and work closely with subsidiaries company in seeking other business development opportunities in Singapore as well as other regional markets.• Collaborate with business development team in the Subsidiaries / Branch offices to develop / cultivate ''Business development infrastructure'' (e.g. Cost consultant / Design Consultant network) to enhance business development platform.• Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies and plans.• Increase the clientele base by proactively sourcing, arranging meetings and developing new relationships.• Manage and build positive relationships with existing clients.• Perform market research and analysis such as identifying and evaluating the company and its business strengths and customer needs, researching business opportunities and viable revenue streams, reporting on successes and areas requiring improvements.• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.• Maintain and share professional knowledge by attending industry events/ conferences, establishing personal networks, and participating in presentations.• Develop and deliver insightful strategies and impactful presentations to the Business Development Department and external stakeholders.• Produce reports to provide updates and progress on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management.• Collaborate with tender team to manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation and input from various sources.• Ensure all practices and business dealings are carried out professionally and ethically to maintain the company's reputation as a high-quality solutions provider.• Train subordinates and team members.Requirements: • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.• Proven track record in the design and implementation of business development strategies.• Able to travel as needed.• In-depth knowledge in construction processes and value propositionsInterested applicants please send your resume to with email subject header "Job Application for Business Development Manager - CK Job ID:19876".By submitting any resumes or applications to Pasona Singapore Pte Ltd, you are considered to have read and agreed on the terms of our Privacy Policy, and consented to us collecting, using, retaining, disclosing your personal information to the prospective employers for their consideration.Effective from 1 October 2020 under the new Employment Agencies (EAs) Licence Conditions,EAs will be required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC number number for overseas candidates) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least six months with a fixed monthly salary of S$3,300 and above.PDPA requirements on collection, use, and disclosure of personal data would not be applicable to EAs that are collecting such information as it is a regulatory requirement by Ministry of Manpower.Please find Privacy Policy Agreement from the below link.Siew XingEA Registration No: R Pasona Singapore Pte.
