Job Description The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients. Job Summary Reporting to EBS Head, RM role that requires him/her to drive sales initiatives across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Drive and increase business volume and market share in line with the bank’s overall strategic direction. Identify opportunities to expand the bank’s distribution network through partnerships with external agencies or digital platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product development teams to create value-added solutions for customers. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines related to agency distribution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or other relevant field. Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management, employees, clients, and partners. Ability to analyze financials of company; complex problems and develop creative solutions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
