About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Corporate Banking to lead our Corporate Banking team at RHB Banking Group. This leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, managing high‑value client relationships, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional financial solutions. The successful candidate will oversee a team of relationship managers and team leaders, ensuring performance excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. What You Will Be Doing Lead and manage a team of team leaders and relationship managers to achieve target revenue and profit Drive marketing, relationship management, and business development initiatives to expand client base and increase wallet share Strategize and plan for the team to meet annual KPIs effectively Proactively monitor credit quality, identify early signs of problem loans, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Head Office, on credit and non‑credit related policy matters Represent the department in committee meetings and present relevant updates and proposals Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal ratios, and operational limits What We’re Looking For Minimum 15 years of working experience in financial institutions, with strong exposure to Corporate Banking or Credit Risk Management Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities Strong strategic thinking and planning skills Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities Deep understanding of banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management frameworks High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence What We Offer At RHB Banking Group, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to reach their full potential.
