Regional Head of Cash Management Operations - Regional Corporate Bank A leading global bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Cash Management Operations across Asia Pacific. This regional leadership role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, process transformation, and digital innovation across multiple markets. In return, you will enjoy a remuneration of up to $300,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities Lead the regional Cash Management Operations function, ensuring alignment with global strategy and operational standards. Manage and develop multi-location teams, overseeing performance, objectives, and compensation planning. Serve as the primary business interface for Treasury Operations, driving process improvements, systems implementation, and efficiency initiatives. Strengthen partnerships with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to enhance client service delivery. Ensure robust control frameworks, governance, and adherence to regulatory requirements across APAC. Lead automation and digitization projects, re‑engineering processes to optimize scalability and client outcomes. Champion Agile and Lean practices to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams. Requirements At least 15 years’ experience in Treasury Solutions or Cash Management Operations within Corporate or Investment Banking. Strong technical expertise in RTGS, CHATS, RMB cross‑border payments, SWIFT, and FPS, with sound knowledge of AML/FATF standards. Proven track record in leading regional operations, transformation programs, and cross‑functional collaboration. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Knowledge of Lean or Agile methodologies preferred.
