The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up the business infrastructure, leading go-to-market initiatives, and developing the commercial framework to achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic start-up environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the overall setup and operational readiness of the new brokerage business.* Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Asia.* Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, with a focus on sales and marketing functions.* Establish effective business processes and performance frameworks to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance.* Oversee the formulation of sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.* Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define long-term goals and business priorities.* Foster a professional, high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values and vision.**Qualifications and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.* Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in management, commercial or business development within the financial services.* Strong understanding of the Asia financial markets with established industry networks preferred.* Demonstrated success in sales leadership and operational setup within start-up or growth environments.* Proven ability to design and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable business results.* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.* High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.CMC Markets is one of the world’s first ever fin-tech companies and was launched in 1989 to break down the barriers of financial trading and make trading accessible to everyone.Our mission is to use our award-winning, Next Generation trading platform and unparalleled client service to empower millions of people to have the best trading experience out there.
