Overview

Globally established Energy, Oil & Gas trading company with annual revenues in excess of USD $10 billion, currently seeks an experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Contract Analyst. The Senior Contract Analyst will report to the Head of Contracts on the drafting, reviewing and maintenance of the trading agreements of Oil products. The incumbent will also be tasked to provide a full range of contracts advice and support to protect the company’s interest.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review and maintain trading agreements of Oil products.
  • Provide a full range of contracts advice and support to protect the company’s interests.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with the established organization and report to the Head of Contracts.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Economics / Law or related field
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in an oil contracts management and negotiation role
  • Possess a good command of English
  • Prior working experience in commodities, energy, oil & gas is a must
