About the company

We\'re looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (9 months contract) to join the high performing team. This role is essential for providing timely and accurate data analysis to support decision-making and enhance business operations across the Asia Pacific region.

About the job

• Generate and distribute regular data reports and analyses to various stakeholders, including country management and regional marketing teams. Use analytics tools for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation to produce decision-ready reports.
• Support new product assessments with market analysis and research. Analyze market analytics, sales data, and competitive intelligence to calculate market share and growth rates.
• Create business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide clear data visualizations. Maintain data accuracy and maximize dashboard usage for all stakeholders.
• Manage various databases, including IQVIA and Nicholas Hall, and maintain data pipelines for key dashboards. Ensure data quality and assist with remediation actions to meet compliance standards.
• Work with teams across different countries and departments to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Provide training on how to use internal dashboards and support brand plan development with market data updates.

Skills and experience required

• At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence or sales analytics, experience with data quality management and a strong understanding of sales data
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, draw logical conclusions, and work independently

What’s an offer

This is a 9 months contract role for a Business Intelligence Analyst will pay a salary range of $ 5,000 to $ 6,000 plus perks from the company. This is an opportunity to upskill your hands on technical skillsets with the company.
