Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points to scope up their problems, automate internal processes, and improve productivity.
  • Be a subject matter expert in retail finance business and data. Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing, and source databases to create integrated views that drive decision-making.
  • Work closely with the data engineering team to enhance and optimize the data warehouse infrastructure.
  • Develop variable tools for stakeholders to boost operational working efficiency.
  • Build and implement data visualization of reports and dashboards for management and business users.
  • Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analyses that lead to actionable insights to support continuous improvement of the Retail Finance business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, or related fields.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
  • SQL and Python skills are mandatory.
  • Critical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic accounting/finance knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in the finance/banking industry is a plus.
  • Experience in business intelligence and analytics in e-commerce is a plus.
