We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join the Office of the CEO, working directly with the CEO to enable data-driven strategic and operational decisions. This role will combine business intelligence with cutting-edge AI/ML to surface insights across EMURGO’s business units. The analyst will consolidate data across financial, operational, marketing, and social channels — while also experimenting with machine learning forecasting models and LLM-powered analytics assistants that provide automated executive insights. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and reports across Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools. Integrate data pipelines via Fivetran, Airbyte, Stitch, or dbt into a central warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift). Apply machine learning models for forecasting, churn prediction, customer segmentation, and anomaly detection. Leverage LLMs and generative AI to create automated reporting, natural language queries (“chat with your data”), and executive briefing summaries. Consolidate KPIs across finance, product, operations, and marketing, ensuring data governance and consistency. Build predictive financial models and scenario simulations to support executive decision-making. Deploy AI-enhanced sentiment analysis and brand monitoring from social media and community data. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to embed AI/ML automation in operational workflows. Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or BI Analyst, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or financial services. Proficiency with SQL and at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik). Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Stitch, Airbyte, dbt) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift). Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis, forecasting, or ML prototyping. Familiarity with social media and digital marketing analytics (GA4, Sprout Social, Hootsuite). Strong data storytelling skills and ability to deliver executive-ready insights. Nice-to-Have Experience deploying ML models (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) into production analytics pipelines. Knowledge of LLM applications for analytics (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, DataRobot, ThoughtSpot Sage, or Microsoft Fabric Copilot). Exposure to blockchain/Web3 analytics (on-chain data, DeFi dashboards). Background in financial planning systems (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
