Perform day-to-day operational activities related to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) and Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT).
Ensure the completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing.
Perform daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address their ITT/OTT payment queries timely and resolve issues promptly.
Escalate system issues promptly and work with technical teams to resolve them.
Job Requirements- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, specifically processing roles.
- Focus and meticulousness with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong drive to deliver high-quality results and personal commitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Cash and Remittance Operations and related matters.
