Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities- Support settlement activities for the Equity business under Liquidity Management.
- Manage multi-currency cash funding to ensure accounts are sufficiently funded to meet daily obligations.
- Monitor and manage short-term FX exposure to ensure open positions are fully hedged by end of day.
- Optimize interest returns on over SGD 1 billion of Trust monies through strategic investments with counterparty banks, adhering to internal deposit limits.
- Perform daily FX rate checks to ensure client trade conversions are accurate; investigate discrepancies.
- Review daily bank statements for overdrafts and investigate root causes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cash management, FX operations, treasury, or settlements within financial institutions.
- Excellent knowledge of FX markets and multi-currency cash management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
