Job Description Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Head to lead the Southeast Asia business. Based in Singapore, this role will oversee a regional team and drive growth across key markets, including Malaysia and Thailand. Reporting to the APAC Vice President, this is a strategic leadership role with strong influence across customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow sales across Southeast Asia markets Manage and coach a regional team of 7-10 people Build and optimize distributor & OEM partnerships Drive specification influence with consultants & end-users Collaborate with product, marketing & engineering teams Expand adoption of advanced EC technologies in HVAC & data centers The Successful Applicant Our client is looking for a commercially astute and hands-on leader with strong industrial sales experience and regional acumen. Requirements 10+ years of experience in B2B industrial or HVAC sales 5+ years of managing multi-country teams in SEA Proven success with long-cycle solution sales (0.5-1.5 years) Established network across SEA supply chains Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred) Willingness to travel extensively within the region What’s on Offer This role offers a rare opportunity to lead and grow the business across Southeast Asia, driving strategy, market development, and team performance.
