Overview
Join Our Team as a Partnership Manager
We're seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to grow and manage supplier relationships that grant our members priority access to exclusive experiences across live entertainment, restaurants, and luxury brands. Your goal: deliver unique member benefits, grow revenue, and fulfill client contracts.
You'll work cross-functionally with other stakeholders, especially our Live Entertainment team to ensure consistent performance, fresh strategies, and shared success. A passion for innovation, deep industry knowledge, and a "build it and they will come" mindset is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Own supplier relationships and contracts in your market (e.g., ticket allocations, inventory, commission, and promotional assets)
- Support Lifestyle Managers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and APAC in nurturing long-term supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance, driving NPS, efficiencies, and member satisfaction
- Use data to refine live event strategies by region/client, boosting member engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Global Proposition to maximize visibility of offers and events
- Stay competitive by understanding market trends and competitor offerings
- Streamline processes and share learnings across teams and regions
- Lead new partnership campaigns and member strategies to drive satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to global strategy, procurement, and support new business proposals
- Manage key client and partner relationships, providing continuity and strategic insight
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese on a professional level
- Experience in managing Live Entertainment partnerships (e.g., ticketing, promoters, venues)
- Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
- Comfortable developing B2B offers across lifestyle sectors like dining, retail, and travel (a plus)
- Ability to build strategy using performance data, industry insights, and commercial judgment
- Skilled project and account manager—capable of overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Confident presenter and communicator, adept at stakeholder engagement
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating people
- Familiar with marketing and social media to drive proposition visibility
- Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates innovation, commercial drive, and strategic execution
- Always puts members and excellent service at the core
