Overview

Onboarding and Growth Manager – HKT role at PayPal . We are looking for an account manager to improve customer experience and provide solutions for onboarding new merchants in the Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan markets. This role includes resolving issues before new merchants go live and managing and supporting high-value merchants once they are active. You will work in a metrics-driven sales environment alongside the Inside Sales team to protect and grow revenue in the SMB segments.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to sales development solutions and initiatives.
  • Engage and collaborate with the immediate team.
  • Suggest process efficiencies within the team.
  • Exercise judgment on important issues.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Model
