Partner with BUs to advise and support operational leaders on manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring alignment with departmental and organisational goals.

Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including onboarding, work pass administration, internal transfers, re-employment, disciplinary processes, offboarding, HR data management, and employee communications.

Analyse HR trends and metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to HR team, management, and key stakeholders to support effective decision making.

Facilitate HR initiatives and employee engagement activities (e.g., wellness programmes) to strengthen employee experience and workplace culture.

Drive continuous process improvement and cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, digital adoption, and alignment with industry best practices.

Contribute ideas and provide critical thinking in group discussions, offering solutions and recommendations on HR and people-related matters.

Ensure timely delivery of HR services and provide support to the HR Business Partnering team on ad-hoc assignments and organisational priorities.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline from a recognised institution.
  • IHRP certification preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant HR experience in generalist, HR operations, or shared services roles. Prior experience in hospitality or service industry will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and time attendance management systems (e.g. overtime rules) is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR, with a passion for employee engagement and process improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and other local employment-related regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and conflicting priorities efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees and stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to think critically when addressing dynamic HR challenges or contributing to team discussions.
  • Adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance HR processes and practices.
