Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrative Executive to support the company’s day-to-day business administration and operations. This role involves managing office administration, coordinating with various departments, and assisting management in driving efficient business processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute day-to-day office administration, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and correspondence to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Support HR administration, including staff onboarding, training coordination, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in monitoring business compliance documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Track office resources and vendor services for efficiency and cost control.
  • Handle internal and external queries professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in process improvement, suggesting ways to streamline administrative and operational tasks.
  • Undertake any other business or administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) required to liaise with clients and manage documentation.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with digital tools/software is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across departments.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the payments, banking, or fintech sector is advantageous.
