What You'll Be Doing
  • Own commercial strategy and performance across APAC
  • Lead and develop a senior team of Global Account Managers and Sales Leaders
  • Drive enterprise revenue growth through strategic expansion and retention
  • Build C-suite relationships and represent the brand across the region
  • Align with cross-functional leaders to shape campaigns and customer value delivery


What You'll Bring
  • 7–10+ years' success in complex business-to-business sales leadership roles
  • Strong track record in six-figure+ enterprise deal cycles, ideally £500k+ ACV
  • Proven ability to grow strategic accounts through cross-sell, upsell and enterprise relicensing
  • Executive presence with deep stakeholder engagement experience
  • Commercially minded, metrics-driven, and confident in global matrix environments
