
Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Customer Service Executive to be the backbone of our sales operations in our Pioneer, West region office. This full-time role directly impacts company success by ensuring smooth order processing and providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Responsibilities- Drive efficient sales administration including quotations, orders, tracking and fulfillment.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channel.
- Process e-invoicing through customer portals within 48 hours of delivery completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team and internal departments.
- Co-ordinate import/export logistics with accurate documentation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service.
- O level qualifications or higher.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in customer service or sales support.
- Entry-level welcome to apply and training will be provided.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Strong numerical skills for accurate order processing and quotations.
- Salary will be commensutrate based on experience.
