Our Advanced Networks & Sensors business specializes in platform digitalization, advanced connectivity, and manufacturing. We develop innovative, secure, and patented products that impact sectors like defence, public security, government, and commercial markets. Your work will help empower customers through advanced communications, intelligent sensors, and AI-enabled Edge applications for mission-critical roles.

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our sales initiatives. The Sales Lead will manage the sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and guide a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships. They should be capable of executing sales strategies and mentoring others.

  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across business domains.
  • Manage account coverage on existing customers and seek new opportunities, including penetrating new markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and assist the solutions team in proposing suitable solutions using in-house systems and off-the-shelf components.
  • Leverage data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare and present technical and pricing proposals to customers for budgets and tenders.
  • Monitor prospects and regularly update and report on the pipeline status.

Qualities We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA or technical background is a plus).
  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in a tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the tech sales cycle, including product-led growth and customer retention.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Working location is in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
  • Singaporeans Only.
