SuperX AI is the leading infrastructure solutions provider for the hyperscale DC building the next generation of AI factories. We are a full stack provider supporting DC buildout to AI server, electric system including HVDC (High-Voltage Direct Current), liquid cooling systems, and the provisioning and building the AI Cloud for our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for Solution Sales Manager with experience in data center, HVAC or electrical equipment sales and pre-sales support. The ideal candidate brings practical experience with major data centers across APAC, and preferably a background in electrical product manufacturers. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to large-scale customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development initiatives for HVAC and electrical solutions within the data center sector.
  • Deliver pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and customized solution proposals.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including pricing strategy, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and data center operators across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years and above of experience in sales of data center or electrical/HVAC equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in pre-sales support, solution design, and client relationship management.
  • Practical involvement in large-scale data center projects across the APAC region.
  • Prior experience in electrical product sales with a well-established industry network is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
