Growth Operations Specialist - Greater China role at Binance. Responsibilities
  • Belong to the growth department, responsible for growth indicators, and design user growth activities.
  • Design and implement user growth strategies, coordinate channel operation activities, handle creative planning, resource coordination and implementation, track data effects, and produce review reports.
  • Focus on refined channel operation, build channel/user layered incentive systems and lifecycle management mechanisms, design differentiated operation strategies to drive platform user growth.
  • Perform data analysis to establish an effective analytics framework, monitor and analyze user growth data, evaluate strategy impact, and drive business growth through data.
  • Monitor industry dynamics, policy changes and trends of competitive products, track cryptocurrency market trends, and propose targeted operation optimization suggestions and differentiated operation plans.
  • Familiar with blockchain industry products, promote implementation of business product functions, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in activity operation, familiar with Web3 industry, independently managed growth projects with millions of users.
  • Proficient in various user operation methods; experience with social media growth activities (e.g., Pinduoduo, Kuaishou) is preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong cross-department coordination ability.
