Growth Operations Specialist

Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Operations Specialist (APAC) to join our remote-first team. Based in the APAC region, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives across Web2 and Web3, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing campaigns, building strategic partner relationships, leveraging Web3-native tools, and tracking performance to ensure measurable outcomes. This high-impact, hands-on role requires operational excellence, strategic thinking, and executional ownership to accelerate adoption, engagement, and retention across the region, with occasional meetings overlapping North America (PST) time zones. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of Growth and Growth team to plan, prioritize, and execute regional initiatives across Web2 and Web3, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Lead the design, coordination, and execution of campaigns, including community activations, partnerships, and incentive-driven programs, driving measurable adoption, engagement, and retention across APAC. Serve as the primary connector between Product, Marketing, Business Development, and other internal teams to enable seamless collaboration and execution. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, ecosystem contributors, and community leaders to unlock strategic collaborations and accelerate regional growth. Leverage questing platforms, community engagement tools, and Web3-native channels to scale initiatives and experiment with innovative growth strategies. Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track performance, generate actionable insights, and inform team decisions. Continuously optimize workflows and project management processes (Notion, Jira) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational impact. Monitor trends in growth channels, Web3 innovations, and APAC markets to propose new initiatives or optimizations aligned with team priorities. Qualifications Based in the APAC region (GMT+8 preferred), with ability to collaborate across distributed teams and attend occasional North America (PST) meetings. 3–5 years of experience in growth, operations, or strategy roles within high-growth Web3 or blockchain companies, with a proven record of executing multi-channel campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. Hands-on experience coordinating Web3 growth initiatives, including community activations, incentive programs, partnerships, and campaigns with measurable outcomes. Familiarity with blockchain concepts and ecosystems, including smart contracts, tokenomics, decentralized applications (dApps), and on-chain data analysis. Proficient in project management and workflow tools (Notion, Jira) and working knowledge of Web3 developer tools and APIs (REST/GraphQL), as well as community/questing platforms (Galxe, Kaito, Guild) to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams and scale initiatives. Strong analytical skills and experience using dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track growth and inform strategy. Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and ability to contribute strategically to team priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications or coursework in Web3, blockchain, or growth operations is a plus. Pluses Led community-driven initiatives with innovative incentive programs that achieved viral adoption and strong engagement metrics. Contributed to emerging Web3 ecosystems or niche blockchain communities ahead of mainstream adoption. Applied on-chain data analysis or smart contract experimentation to inform growth strategies. Participated in multi-chain or interoperable project launches, driving cross-ecosystem growth. Facilitated community-led product feedback loops or DAO governance experiments, generating measurable engagement insights.
