We are seeking a dynamic individual to:

  • Plan and review sales, orders, and collections performance regularly.
  • Implement actions to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Provide detailed specifications and schedules complying with building codes and standards.
  • Prepare customer quotations for tenders and participate in tender interviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project scheduling, updating bills of quantities, and installing samples.
  • Assist finance in following up on payments and submitting necessary documentation on schedule.
  • Coordinate closely with customers, project management, logistics, and finance teams to optimize customer service.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and other assignments as needed.

**Responsibilities include:**

  • Monitoring and improving sales performance.
  • Meeting sales targets.
  • Ensuring specifications and schedules meet client and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting project and payment documentation processes.
  • Enhancing customer relations across departments.

**Accountabilities:**

  • Strong understanding of project sales, management, construction, and real estate markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, honest, and team-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

**Requirements:**

  • Network with project decision-makers such as developers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Experience in door hardware solutions in project sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of floor plan drawing.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
