
Project Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic individual to:
- Plan and review sales, orders, and collections performance regularly.
- Implement actions to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Provide detailed specifications and schedules complying with building codes and standards.
- Prepare customer quotations for tenders and participate in tender interviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project scheduling, updating bills of quantities, and installing samples.
- Assist finance in following up on payments and submitting necessary documentation on schedule.
- Coordinate closely with customers, project management, logistics, and finance teams to optimize customer service.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and other assignments as needed.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Monitoring and improving sales performance.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Ensuring specifications and schedules meet client and regulatory standards.
- Supporting project and payment documentation processes.
- Enhancing customer relations across departments.
**Accountabilities:**
- Strong understanding of project sales, management, construction, and real estate markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, honest, and team-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
**Requirements:**
- Network with project decision-makers such as developers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Experience in door hardware solutions in project sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor plan drawing.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
