We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to drive our growth in the key markets of Malaysia and Singapore. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be the primary driver of sales and market penetration for our portfolio of medical products within your assigned territory. This role requires a strategic individual who can build strong, lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), including surgeons, physicians, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, executing market development strategies, and acting as the vital link between our company and the medical community. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory (Malaysia & Singapore). Key Account Management: Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and decision-makers in both public and private healthcare institutions. Product Expertise & Education: Possess an in-depth understanding of our products and their clinical applications. Conduct effective product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for medical staff. Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide timely feedback to management. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to maximize market share and revenue growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to execute promotional activities, manage tender processes, and ensure excellent customer service. Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, industry codes of conduct, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in both Malaysia and Singapore. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or a related field. Experience:A minimum of 2-3 years of proven successful sales experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry .Experience calling on hospitals and specialists is essential.Candidates with experience in both the Malaysian and Singaporean markets will have a distinct advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Required Skills & Competencies Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with a diverse range of medical professionals. Driven & Self-Motivated: A proactive hunter mentality with a strong desire to succeed and exceed goals. Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. Resilience & Perseverance: Capable of handling rejection and navigating complex sales cycles in a competitive environment. High Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance. Valid Driving License: Must possess a valid driver's license for Malaysia and be willing to travel extensively within the territory. Occasional travel to Singapore is required.
