Overview

Sales Representative/Manager (Medical Aesthetic Device) — Singapore

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive device and equipment sales, manage post-sales services, and grow a high-performance team in the medical aesthetics field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets; lead and grow a high-performing sales team; track KPIs and performance metrics; improve underperforming regions.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage sales talent; instill a results- and customer-driven culture; implement performance reviews and incentives; oversee and promote value-added services such as clinical training, maintenance contracts, and post-sales support.
  • Client & Key Account Management: Build strong client relationships, lead high-stakes negotiations, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention; identify new growth opportunities; collaborate with marketing; stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity; handle forecasting, budgeting, CRM optimization, and provide performance reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Manager role: 10+ years in sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles within medical devices or aesthetics skincare/injectables.
  • Junior role: 3+ years in sales experience within medical devices or aesthetics.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and leading top-tier sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic, results-focused mindset with CRM and analytics proficiency.
  • Enthusiastic about medical and aesthetic industry trends.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, positive and goal-oriented.
