What you\'ll be doing Administer end‑to‑end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements and statutory compliance Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including allowances, claims, and employee benefits schemes Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain accurate HR and payroll records and ensure data integrity Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payroll and benefits matters Analyse compensation and benefits data to provide insights for HR strategy and improvements Assist in process improvements and payroll system enhancements What we\'re looking for Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or a related studies 1 - 3 years of experience in payroll administration and compensation & benefits, preferably in a medium to large‑scale organisation Good knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and employment regulations Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software Interested applicants, kindly furnish us with your full and detailed resume in MS Words format and click "Apply Now " button.
