• Shabakkat is currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR Compensation, Benefits & Analytics Specialist to become a valuable addition to the Organizational Development & HR department. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who demonstrates proficiency in various areas including salary grading, compensation planning, benefits management, and possesses a solid foundation in HR analytics.As the HR Compensation, Benefits & Analytics Specialist, your key responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of salary grading systems and compensation frameworks. You will also be tasked with managing and enhancing employee benefits programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, providing detailed compensation analysis and recommendations that are in line with organizational objectives will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be expected to deliver high-quality HR presentations to management and stakeholders, utilizing data-driven insights. Furthermore, conducting complex data analysis using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools, as well as generating reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making on compensation strategies, will be integral parts of your responsibilities. Staying abreast of HR trends and regulations that impact compensation and benefits is also a key aspect of this role.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a sizable organization. Certification in HR compensation (such as CCP, GRP, or equivalent certifications) is required. Strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and proficiency in other BI languages (such as SQL, DAX, etc.) are essential for success in this role. The ability to analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights, along with strong project management and communication skills, particularly in presenting to senior leadership, are highly valued.
