Executive, Micro Marketing & Events role at Standard Chartered Singapore.

• Micro-Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement micro-marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and local markets. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute events to promote retail banking products and services. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion. Ensure events are executed within budget and achieve desired outcomes.
• Campaign Management: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-branch promotions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts. Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content. Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve marketing efforts. Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, and in-person events.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and compliance, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and compliant. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community organizations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on marketing activities.
