The Role: Consultative B2B Sales for High-Stakes Events
We are looking for a consultative B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of event operations and stakeholder engagement to join our team as an Account Manager (Business Development).
This role is ideal for someone with a background in event planning or event management who wants to grow into a sales or client consulting role — especially if you enjoy helping clients solve problems and deliver seamless event experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead consultative sales conversations with senior clients such as C-level executives and conference producers
- Understand and advise on event workflows – from registration setup to on-site check-in and reporting
- Pitch and close high-value projects in Singapore and with international clients across APAC, Europe, and North America
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and client success
- Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets and sales KPIs (e.g., new client acquisition, deal conversion rates, pipeline value)
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Track key account growth and contribute to upselling and renewal strategies
- Provide client and market insights to improve product, marketing, and overall sales strategy
- Preferred 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or event planning
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with event workflows or running high-stakes events is a strong advantage
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and breaking down complex processes clearly
- Enjoys crafting solutions, not just pitching products
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives in fast-changing environments
- Familiar with the Singapore market, and open to exploring opportunities across APAC, Europe, and North America
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
