The Role: Consultative B2B Sales for High-Stakes Events

We are looking for a consultative B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of event operations and stakeholder engagement to join our team as an Account Manager (Business Development).

This role is ideal for someone with a background in event planning or event management who wants to grow into a sales or client consulting role — especially if you enjoy helping clients solve problems and deliver seamless event experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior clients such as C-level executives and conference producers
  • Understand and advise on event workflows – from registration setup to on-site check-in and reporting
  • Pitch and close high-value projects in Singapore and with international clients across APAC, Europe, and North America
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and client success
  • Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets and sales KPIs (e.g., new client acquisition, deal conversion rates, pipeline value)
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and ensure consistent follow-ups
  • Track key account growth and contribute to upselling and renewal strategies
  • Provide client and market insights to improve product, marketing, and overall sales strategy
Qualifications
  • Preferred 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or event planning
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with event workflows or running high-stakes events is a strong advantage
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and breaking down complex processes clearly
  • Enjoys crafting solutions, not just pitching products
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives in fast-changing environments
  • Familiar with the Singapore market, and open to exploring opportunities across APAC, Europe, and North America
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
