Senior Project Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Administrator with prior banking experience to join our team as part of the CS integration project in Singapore.
This role is integral to ensuring seamless project management operations, with a particular focus on reporting, analysis, and cross-team coordination.
Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of the project lifecycle, aligning with overall objectives
• Develop, maintain, and improve project management frameworks, tools, and practices
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate progress reports to inform stakeholders
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify risks or delays proactively
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve project efficiency
• Act as the primary contact to facilitate coordination across crews and pods
• Ensure alignment of priorities and clear communication between teams
• Drive progress by providing directions and following up on deliverables
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project-related roles
• Background in banking or investment banking division (IBD) project methodologies
• Expertise in project management operations, emphasizing reporting and tracking
• Proficiency in organizational and time management practices
• Strong analytical mindset combined with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced competency in communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of the complexities of cross-functional coordination in large projects
