Description:
- Farmiliar with construction, or renovation, or M&E trade
- To coordinate with various project parties and collate all paper works for submission to client.
- Capable of generating project related documentation, for eg, risk assessment, work method statement, xcel, write-ups etc
- Prepare, collate and file project documentation, eg, invoices, bills, etc
- Those with accounting background/certification and/or can perform project costing centres, will be given the senior position
- Any personnel who has accounting professional certification and can perform administrative role will be ideal for this position.
- Good career advancement
**Requirements**:
- Preferably good command in English and able to communciate effectively with external parties, both spoken and written.
- Minimum A level or equavalent.
- Minimum 5 years in similiar trade
- Those with accoutning backgraound or higher education level or with good experience and understanding of this trade will be considered a senior position.
