Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our Senior Project Manager in the daily coordination and documentation of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all project-related documentation and ensure proper filing and version control.

· Prepare, track, and update project documents such as meeting minutes, shop drawings, material submittals, progress reports, and handover files.

· Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely submissions and responses.

· Provide full administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and project team.

· Assist in tracking project schedules, procurement, site progress, and variation records.

· Handle correspondence in a professional manner, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.

· Fluent in English, with strong communication skills (both written and spoken).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Meticulous, well-organised, and able to multitask under pressure.

· Independent, dependable, and collaborative team player.

· Familiarity with project workflows, documentation standards, and coordination procedures in fit-out environments is an added advantage.
